Certification. You certify that everything you have stated in this application is true and correct to the best of your knowledge, and understand that the Credit Union will rely on this information to decide whether or not to grant the credit applied for. You authorize the credit union to obtain credit reports in connection with this application for credit and for any update, renewal or extension of the credit received. You agree and understand that if approved, you are contractually liable according to the terms of the Loan Agreement and all applicable Disclosures, and acknowledge receiving a copy of the same. You further promise to pay the amount borrowed, plus interest and other permitted charges and fees to the Credit Union or assignee, according to the terms and disclosures. You understand that it is a federal crime to willfully and deliberately provide incomplete or incorrect information on loan applications made to State Chartered Credit Unions insured by NCUA.

You agree that no certification authority or other third party verification is necessary to validate your E-Signature and that the lack of such certification or third party verification will not in any way affect the enforceability of your E-Signature or any resulting contract between you and ASECU. You represent that you are authorized to enter into this Agreement for all persons who own or are authorized to access any of your accounts and that such persons will be bound by the loan application certification, E-Signature agreement and ASECU’s terms and conditions for membership and loans. You also understand and agree that your E-Signature executed in conjunction with the electronic submission of this application will be legally binding and such application will be considered authorized by you, and you further assume any risk that may be associated with permitting us to accept your electronic signature.
