At ASECU, our first priority is the safety and security of our members, employees, and our communities. As CDC reports that the coronavirus (COVID-19) is approaching pandemic levels, it is important to us that you know the preventative measures in place and actions being taken to protect both our members and our staff.
We are currently following CDC guidelines and recommendations while continuing to monitor ongoing developments. We have updated our operational procedures to include hourly cleaning and disinfecting of our offices, as well as to provide hand sanitizing stations for our membership and staff. We have educated all staff members on CDC guidelines, preparedness and COVID-19 symptoms and are continuing to stay up to date on all other CDC recommendations.
During this time we have options for you to access your accounts remotely. If you do not yet have an online banking account, you may sign up for one here. Our mobile app also offers easy account access, which you can find for free on the App Store and Google Play. You can call our automated system at (330)792-3618. And finally, if you wish to speak to one of our Member Service Representatives, dial (330)792-4000 or send us an email.
